The hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff were very efficient and helpful. The location was great, with easy access to public transport and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the useful amenities provided.
There were a few minor issues that detracted from the overall experience. The WiFi was a bit slow, a slight inconvenience.

Excellent service, room upgrade, late check-out, and complimentary birthday treat. Spotlessly clean frontage, reception, and room. Well-informed and welcoming staff. Helpful map and local recommendations. Small, well-furnished room with AC, fridge, microwave, and amenities. Immaculate bathroom with great shower. Close to transport and eateries. A gem find, highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located close to Earls Court underground station with easy access to transportation. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated on a charming street but close enough to public transport to make getting around the city easy. The original artwork on display was very colorful and unique, adding an extra special touch to the ambiance of the place. The room amenities were great, including a sitting area and ironing facilities, and we felt quite at home with the tea and coffee facilities at hand. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay all the better.
We would highly recommend this place to all.

Upon arrival, we booked online and within 20 minutes, we were warmly greeted at the fast reception. Our room was clean and brand new, with free wifi included. We were impressed with the value for money and the friendly atmosphere of the hotel. when we accidentally left behind some valuable belongings, the staff diligently kept them safe and returned them to us. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service and affordable luxury.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Picadilly tube line, allowing for easy access to the city. The rooms provide a decent size and the bathrooms are clean and well equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the complimentary minibar is a nice touch.
Some noise from the nearby road can be a bit disruptive at times.
